We first got to know Craig from the rental we inquired about and ended up renting when we first moved to Florida. From the moment we sent the first inquiry we were very pleased with Craig's quick responses and willingness to go out of his way to help us. Even after moving in, he was always there  to help us with any questions or concerns. So of course when we were ready to buy a house we requested Craig's help and expertise. Craig did not work for us. He worked for the people who became our landlords. Craig helped us understand the rental process in Florida and the Home Owner’s Association process for approving new renters. He patiently clarified all aspects of fees and the responsibilities of all parties. He helped us with all aspects from informal agreement to moving in. We counted on Craig and he always came through. He promptly and accurately responded to all questions. He greatly reduced the stress during the entire time from agreement until we moved in. While he worked for the landlord, he was extremely courteous and helpful to us. We greatly appreciated Craig’s fine service
